JUDGMENT Cheekati Manavendranath Roy, J. - This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") is filed seeking quash of the F.I.R. in Crime No.213 of 2020 of A.S. Pet Police Station, SPSR Nellore District. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3. A case under Sections 328, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 59(i) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 was registered against the petitioners. The said case is now under investigation. 4. Both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is a covered matter and earlier this Court quashed the F.I.R. registered for the similar offences based on identical facts. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners, who are similarly placed, are also entitled for the relief of quash of F.I.R. 5. As can be seen from the order passed in Criminal Petition No.2408 of 2020, a copy of which is produced before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court has quashed the F.I.R registered for the similar offences based on identical facts. 6. XXX XXX XXX 7. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid order of this Court and for the reasons stated therein, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the F.I.R registered against the petitioners in Crime No.213 of 2020 of A.S. Pet Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, is hereby quashed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
