JUDGMENT 1. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader takes notice for R4 and R5. Learned Government Pleader has submitted that connected matter filed in the form of PIL in W.P.No.7425 of 2020 is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, who has submitted that the relief sought for in the PIL is entirely different and therefore, the present Writ Petition is filed for listing before the Single Judge. 3.
