JUDGMENT Cheekati Manavendranath Roy, J. - The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that despite registration of F.I.R. based on the report lodged by her with the police, that police did not complete the investigation till now and did not file charge sheet. Therefore, she sought a direction to the police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home. 3. The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that on a report lodged by her with the police regarding commission of a cognizable offence, a case in Crime No.44 of 2020 by Karlapalem police was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The said F.I.R. was registered long back on 16-03-2020. However, police did not complete the investigation till now and did not file charge sheet. Therefore, she sought direction to the police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the Investigation Officer has completed the entire investigation and he has also filed charge sheet in the trial Court and the same is numbered as C.F.R.No.4239 of 2020. 5. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home that investigation is now completed and charge sheet is also filed in the trial Court, the grievance of the writ petitioner stood adequately redressed. 6. So, recording the above submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
