ORDER : Heard Mr. Praveen Kumar Rana, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Rohan Kashyap, AC to SC-IV appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. 2. This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard. 3. On the earlier occasion, this matter was taken up and was heard and the matter was adjourned to be examined the judgment rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent-State. 4. Mr. Rohan Kashyap, AC to SC-IV, appearing on behalf of the respondent State submits that the matter can be disposed of in the light of the judgment rendered by the co-ordinate Bench of this court in W.P.(S) No.960 of 2016 and analogous cases. 5. In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition is being disposed of in terms of the order dated 23.07.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No.960 of 2016 as per the direction made therein. The directions issued by the co-ordinate Bench in the aforesaid case shall also govern the case of these petitioners. 6. In view of the terms made in W.P.(S) No.960 of 2016, the instant writ petition [W.P.(S) No.1841 of 2017] stands disposed of. 7. I.A., if any, also stands disposed of.
