JUDGMENT M.S.Ramachandra Rao, J. - The learned Counsel for the appellant has filed a letter dt.05.10.2020 to withdraw this Appeal on the ground that the appellant had made an Application to the Central Board of Indirect Taxes under Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019. 2. Having regard to the said request of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to revive the Appeal in the event the matter is not resolved under the said scheme. 3. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this C.E.A. shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
