JUDGMENT A.V.Sesha Sai, J. - When The matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by Sri Yellabandi Ramatirtha, learned counsel for the appellant, that, after filing the present appeal, parties have filed an application vide G.L.No.3207 of 2020 on 08.10.2020 seeking divorce by mutual consent before the learned Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada and the present appeal can be closed as withdrawn. 2. Recording the above submission, this Family Court Appeal is closed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 3. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
