Present appeal is filed against order dated 14.01.2019 passed by learned DCF/DCC Mandi (H.P.) in Consumer Complaint No. 33/2018 titled Ravi Kumar versus Director Punjab State Lottery Chandigarh and Ors. wherein consumer complaint was dismissed by learned OCF/DCC. 2. Application for condonation of delay of 69 (Sixty Nine) days in (sic) appeal was filed which was allowed on dated 05.07.2019 by State Commission subject to payment of costs of Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand). 3. F.A. No. 177/2019 was listed for payment of costs of Rs. 3000/-. A was listed on 29.07.2019, 08.08.2019, 29.08.2019, 16.09.2019, 14.10.2019, 09.11.2019, 23.12.2019 for payment of costs and thereafter punitive costs to the tune of Rs. 1000/- was also imposed and matter was listed for payment of costs on 06.01.2020. But today none appeared on behalf of appellant nor costs paid. In view of above stated facts State Commission is of opinion that sufficient opportunities stood granted to appellant for payment of costs but despite sufficient opportunities costs imposed by State Commission for admission of appeal not deposited. In view of above stated facts appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4. Certified copy of order be sent to learned DCF/DCC Solan H.P. for compliance forthwith and file of State Commission be consigned to record room after due completion forthwith. Certified copy of order be transmitted to parties forthwith free of cost strictly as per rules. F.A. No. 177/2019 is disposed of. Pending application(s) if any also disposed of.
