JUDGMENT K. Lakshman, J. - This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 in S.C.No.144 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, R.R.District, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 338 r/w 120(B) IPC, to quash the proceedings in the above said crime. 2. During the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and, accordingly, respondent No.2-de facto complainant filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2020 to record the compromise and to compound the offences in S.C.No.144 of 2017. 3. Vide order dated 10.11.2020, this Court, after recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent No.2, directed the parties to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for their identification and also directed the Registrar (Judicial) to submit a report by 18.11.2020. In compliance with the said order dated 10.11.2020, the Registrar (Judicial) has submitted his report dated 17.11.2020. 4. In the report dated 17.11.2020 of the Registrar (Judicial), it is stated that on oral examination, respondent No.2 has stated that he had filed a complaint against the petitioners and the same was registered as S.C.No.144 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, R.R.District, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 338 r/w 120(B) IPC and that now he has approached this Court for recording the compromise. 5. The parties herein have filed a joint memo of compromise dated 21.10.2020. The said joint memo of compromise dated 21.10.2020 and the report of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 17.11.2020 are placed on record. 6. In view the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2, I.A. Nos.2 and 3 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.144 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, R.R.District, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
