JUDGMENT 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this criminal misc. petition, however prays that trial court be directed to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. preferred on behalf of the respondents Nos. 2 and 3 expeditiously. 2. Hence, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, it is expected that the trial court shall decide the proceedings pending before it under Section 125 Cr.P.C. initiated at the instance of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 expeditiously. 3. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
