ORDER : A. Abhishek Reddy, J. 1. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. 2. The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent No. 3-Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Banswada Division, Kamareddy District, is not considering the representation dated 14.5.2020 made by the petitioner for allotment of alternative land in Survey No. 560 of Achampet Village in lieu of the land in Survey No. 74 by cancelling the name of the petitioner in revenue records from Survey No. 74 on the ground of land to land compensation. 3. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, has stated that due to various administrative exigencies as well as the pandemic situation prevalent in the entire State, respondent No. 3 could not consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.5.2020 and requests to grant some time to pass necessary orders thereon. 4. In view of the above made submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.5.2020 and pass necessary orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly in accordance with the procedure established by law. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall be put on notice and afforded an opportunity of hearing. A copy of the order passed by respondent No. 3 shall be communicated to the petitioner. 5. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
