JUDGMENT K. Lakshman, J. - This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 in Crime No.74 of 2018 on the file of Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC, to quash the proceedings in the above said crime. 2. During the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and, accordingly, respondent No.2-de facto complainant filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 to record the compromise and to compound the offences in C.C.No.41 of 2019. 3. The petitioners also filed I.A.No.1 of 2020 stating that during the pendency of this Criminal Petition, the Police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is taken on file vide C.C.No.41 of 2019 on the file of Special Junior First Class Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and sought to amend the prayer to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.41 of 2019 instead of Crime No.74 of 2018. Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, I.A.No.1 of 2020 is allowed, as prayed for. 4. Vide order dated 16.11.2020, this Court, after recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent No.2, directed the parties to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for their identification and also directed the Registrar (Judicial) to submit a report by 25.11.2020. In compliance with the said order dated 16.11.2020, the Registrar (Judicial) has submitted his report dated 20.11.2020. 5. In the report of the Registrar (Judicial), it is stated that on oral examination, respondent No.2 has stated that he had filed a complaint against the petitioners before Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad and that the same has been registered as FIR No.74 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC and now he has approached this Court for recording the compromise. 6. The parties herein have filed a joint memo of compromise dated 06.11.2019. The said joint memo of compromise and the report of the Registrar (Judicial) are placed on record. 7. In view the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2, I.A. Nos.2 and 3 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.41 of 2019 on the file of Special Junior First Class Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners/A-1 and A-2.
7. In view the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2, I.A. Nos.2 and 3 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.41 of 2019 on the file of Special Junior First Class Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners/A-1 and A-2. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
