Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have been granted divorce in a petition filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act on 24.02.2020 and the present petition has become infructuous. 2. Dismissed as such. 3. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the judgment and decree dated 14.12.2018 passed by the District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani is hereby set aside.
