JUDGMENT 1. Present petition has been filed claiming following relief : " (7.1) That, the respondents may kindly be directed for grant "Sthai Karmi" as per the policy dated 7.10.206 annexure P/3 and for grant of consequential benefits; (7.2). That, the respondents may further be directed to grant the minimum pay of the regular pay scale of the post which is held by the petitioners and also further directed to grant the arrears by making pay fixation and also to grant other consequential benefits "; 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were appointed in the year 2010 by respondents and since then, they are continuously functioning but respondents are not extending them the benefit of the policy dated 7.10.2016 annexure P/3 for declaring them as "Sthai Karmi". He further submits that the petitioners have approached the authorities by filing representation but the same is not being considered by them. The petitioners are ready to resubmit the said representation and they pray for a direction to the authorities to decide the representation within time bound period. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such an innocuous prayer made by counsel for the petitioners and submits that in case, if the representation is submitted by the petitioners, it shall be considered and decided at an early date. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach respondent No. 4 by resubmitting a detailed representation within seven days along with all relevant documents in support of their case including this order and in turn, the respondent No. 4 will dwell upon the representation submitted by the petitioners and shall pass a self contained speaking order extending the benefit to the petitioners in the light of the policy dated 7.10.2016 annexure P/3 if the petitioners are found entitled for such benefit, within a two months therefrom under intimation to the petitioners. 5. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 6. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with no order as to the cost. C.C. as per rules.
