ORDER : I.A. Nos.85655/2020, 85658/2020, 86182/2020 and 86184/2020 in Writ Petition (C) No.13029/1985 Taken on Board. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon perusal of the record, we consider it appropriate to modify our order dated 18.09.2020 passed in the present interlocutory applications and direct that in third paragraph of the said order, first sentence shall be deleted and substituted as follows : “Insofar as CNG vehicles are concerned, there cannot be a valid rejection of the registration of these vehicles, as the emission from these vehicles is within the limits.” Ordered accordingly.
