JUDGMENT 1. Keeping in view the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners restricting the relief to the aforesaid extent, this writ petition is disposed of by providing that in case the Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, is seized of any application of the petitioners for vesting of the ownership rights viz-a-viz the land measuring 34 kanals 17 marlas situated at village Haji Danter, the same shall be considered on its merits and appropriate orders passed within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
