ORDER : Heard Learned Counsel for the opposing parties at length. 2. It was submitted by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner herein impugns Notification S.O.No.1731(E) dated 10-07-2014. That, the issues involved in the instant Writ Petition are in pith and substance similar to the issues involved in WP(C) No.06 of 2018. That, in the said Writ Petition, this High Court after hearing Learned Counsel for the parties had inter alia ordered that the Petitioner shall approach the Respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from the day of the said order. That, Respondent No.3, in turn, shall in compliance with the principles of natural justice, hear the Petitioner on all the grievances it seeks to make before the Respondent No.3 and thereafter the Respondent No.3 shall come to an independent conclusion uninfluenced by the earlier Demand Notice and pass a reasoned order. The Writ Petition was disposed of with the said directions. 3. That, considering the facts and circumstances, as put forth above, a similar direction be issued in the instant matter. 4. I have given due consideration to the submissions of Learned Counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that the issues raised in the instant Writ Petition are similar to those raised in WP(C) No.06 of 2018, it is ordered that the Petitioner shall approach the Respondent No.3 who shall after hearing the Petitioner take appropriate steps with a reasoned order. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
