JUDGMENT Virender Singh, J. - This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for correction of order dated 14/08/2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.23468/2020 in which due to typographical error the bail was granted under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. instead of under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. 2. Counsel for the petitioner prays for correction of order dated 14/08/2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.23468/2020. 3. Counsel for the respondent/State has no objection. 4. Considering the fact that the bail was granted under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., however, due to typographical error, the same was allowed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, the present petition is allowed with a direction that in order dated 14/08/2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.23468/2020 'under Section 439 Cr.P.C.' be read as "under Section 438 of Cr.P.C." and the last para of the order be read as under:- "It is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner-Bhagat Singh S/o Bhuwani Singh or his surrender before the Investigating Officer or before the concerned trial Court within 30 days from today in connection with the aforesaid crime number, he shall be released on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This order shall be governed by the conditions No.1 to 3 of sub section (2) of section 438 Cr.P.C. 5. Rest of the order shall remain the same. 6. Copy of this order be read conjointly with the order dated 14/08/2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.23468/2020. 7. With the aforesaid direction, present petition stands disposed of.
