This is first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., in connection with Crime No.135/2020, registered at Police Station Naryaoli, District Sagar, for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420, 489(B), 489(C), 489(E)(1), 34 of IPC. 3. The case of the prosecution is that on 30.6.2020 the applicant and other co-accused persons have received Rs.1 lac from complainant Shivavtar Singh, resident of Gadola Jagir, Khurai, District Sagar on the pretext of multiplying it 10 fold by witchcraft and lateron handed over to him packets of fake currency notes. On the next date when complainant opened the packets, he found it to be fake currency notes. The report of the incident was lodged. On that basis, aforesaid offence has been registered against the applicant and other co-accused persons. 4. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that the applicant is an innocent person and he has falsely been implicated in the present offence. The applicant is ready to furnish bail as per the order and shall abide by all conditions as may be imposed by the Court. He further submits that the applicant is in jail since 23.8.2020 and the trial will take time for its final disposal. On these grounds, learned counsel for the applicant prays for grant of bail to the applicant. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent/State opposed the bail application. 6. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I do not find it to be a fit case to release the applicant on bail. 7. Consequently, this application for grant of bail is dismissed. 8. C.C., as per rules.
