JUDGMENT Subodh Abhyankar, J. - Heard on admission. 2. The petitioner before this Court is presently posted as Assistant Teacher at Government Primary School Bandakpur, District Damoh (M.P.) and is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 20.03.2020 (Annexure P/1), whereby she has been transferred from Government Primary School Bandakpur, District Damoh (M.P.) to Government Primary School Hinauta, District Damoh (M.P.). 3. Against the aforesaid order, the petitioner has already submitted a representation (Annexure P/2) before the respondent No.3, but the same has still not been decided. 4. In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents before the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and on receipt of such representation the same shall be decided by the respondents in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order. 5. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, she shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting i.e. Government Primary School Bandakpur, District Damoh (M.P.). 6. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any view on the merits of the case. 7. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 8. C.C. as per rules.
