JUDGMENT Vishnu Pratap Singh Chauhan, J. - Heard on the question of admission. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for following reliefs: 1. Direct the respondent authority to file the report with regard to complain of petitioner within 15 days as directed by the trial Court. 2. The Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the trial Court to take appropriate steps against the respondent in failure of submitting the report within time and to register the case against the accused on the basis of record available on record of the case, in the interest of justice. 3. The facts giving to rise to this petition, in short, is that, the petitioner filed a complaint against the respondent under Section 200 of the Cr.P.C. before the Court of JMFC, Satna on 29.11.2016. The Court of JMFC directed the police to investigate into the complaint and file a report before the trial Court but police did not file the investigation report and again and again sought for time on one pretext or other. Being aggrieved by the act of the respondent, the petitioner has filed this petition with the aforesaid prayer. 4. During the course of arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the police has filed the investigation report before the Court of JMFC and the same prayer is being made in this petition also. 5. Learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent/State submits that the respondent has already complied with the order passed by the JMFC, Satna; therefore, trial Court may be directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. 6. Since, the relief, as sought for by the petitioner in this petition against the respondent has already been complied with; therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. Nowadays due to outbreak of Novel Covid-19 pandemic, the Courts are not functioning properly; therefore, there is no need for fixing any time period for disposal of the case. 7. With the aforesaid directions, this petition stands disposed of.
