JUDGMENT Anjuli Palo, J. - This is first application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant who is in custody since 18.01.2020 in connection with Crime No. 07/2020 registered at Police Station STF, Kamlaganar, District Bhopal for offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 2. As per the prosecution case, on 07.01.2020, the complainant filed a complaint against the applicant and other co-accused persons alleging that they extracted huge amount of money in installments from the complainant on the false pretext of providing government employment. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case. He is innocent and has no connection with the crime. Therefore, prayer is made to release the applicant on bail. 4. Learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent/State has strongly opposed the bail application and submitted that there is sufficient evidence available against the applicant to connect him with the crime. 5. From the averments of the learned counsel for the parties, it appears to the Court that the applicant and other co-accused persons were engaged in the alleged crimes of playing fraud and giving false assurance to unemployed persons of providing government employment in various departments and in turn, extorted huge amount of money from them. As per the case diary, the bank details show that there is sufficient evidence against the applicant to involve him in the crime. 6. Looking to the nature of offence and the evidence available against the applicant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
