JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Sri Jag Narayan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the applicant that it is a cross case and both sides have received injury. The applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. The present FIR has been lodged against the applicants just to malign their image in the society. 3. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that three persons from prosecution side have received injury, out of which the injury sustained by Ravindra Kumar on his forehead is grievous in nature. 4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicants Jagat Singh, Veerendra Singh, Muneesh Singh and Vijay Singh involved in Case Crime No. 143 of 2020, under sections 323, 504, 308 IPC, P.S. Gursahaiganj, District Kannauj. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
