ORDER 1. This petition u/S.482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the complainant in Crime No.94/2020 registered on 10.7.2020 at Police Station Sirol, District Gwalior (M.P.) alleging offences punishable u/Ss.307, 294, 147, 148 and 149 IPC against six named accused. 2. Grievance raised by the petitioner/complainant is that despite elapse of nearly three months not even a single named accused has been arrested and the police is not taking any appropriate step for expeditious and fair conclusion of investigation. 3. Looking to the prayer made, this Court declines to keep this petition pending and disposes of the same with the following directions: 1. The Superintendent of Police, Gwalior (M.P.) is directed to ensure expeditious and fair conduction and conclusion of investigation triggered by Crime No.94/2020 registered at Police Station Sirol, District Gwalior (M.P.) in a free and fair manner without allowing the element of arbitrariness, favourtism or nepotism or malice from coming into play. 2. Let the investigation be concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from today by invoking all permissible penal provisions for bringing the culprits to book and filing final report u/S.173 Cr.P.C. without any unnecessary delay. 3. Compliance report be filed with the Registry of this Court latest by 01st December, 2020. 4. Registry is directed to list this matter in PUD if the report is not filed within the aforesaid period of time.
