ORDER : 1. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on record and in keeping with the spirit of settlement that was earlier arrived at, the relief was granted. 2. We have gone through the grounds taken in Review Petition and do not find any error apparent to justify interference. This Review Petition is dismissed.
