ORDER : 1. Delay of 17 days in preferring the Review Petition is condoned. 2. The order dated 9.7.2021 was passed after considering the rival submissions and in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case. 3. We have gone through the contents in the Review Petition and do not find any error apparent on record to justify interference. 4. This Review Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
