JUDGMENT : AVNEESH JHINGAN, J. 1. The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation. 2. This is an application for placing on record copy of order dated 24th May, 2021 as Annexure P-4. 3. Notice in the application. 4. Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. AG, Haryana appearing on advance notice accepts the notice and submits that he has no objection in case the application is allowed. 5. Application is allowed. 6. Annexure P-4 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Main case 7. This is a petition seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 63, dated 2nd February, 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Karnal, District Karnal. 8. The FIR was at the behest of Parveen Dhiman. Information was given to the police that forged Ration Cards and Ayushman Bharat Cards were being prepared at Atal Sewa Kender situated near Divine Palace, Meerut Road, Karnal. The police acted upon the information. On checking, it was found that one Ram Gopal Thakur and Sanjay were preparing Bharat Ayushman Card by using forged and fabricated Ration Cards. From the shop of Sanjay, forged Ration Cards, five laptops, one CPU, three phones were found. 9. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the order dated 24th May, 2021 of this Court passed in CRM-M-19307-2021 whereby, the co-accused-Sanjay has been granted the bail. 10. Learned State counsel, on instructions submits that the challan stands presented on 1st April, 2021. 11. Considering the facts that the co-accused has been granted bail and the investigation is complete, no recovery is to be made, the present petition is allowed and petitioner is granted bail on furnishing surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.
