JUDGMENT 1. The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.206/2021 Registered at Police Station Karni Vihar, Jaipur (West) for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC and Section 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act and Section 18(c) & 27(b)(i) of Drugs and Cosmetic Act and section 51 of the Disaster Management Act. 2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this matter and the case is triable by First Class Magistrate and the recovery has already been effected. 3. Counsel further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 06.05.2021 and the challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take long time. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the material on record and taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioners be admitted to regular bail subject to satisfaction of the trial Court.
