JUDGMENT Meenakshi Madan Rai, ACJ. - The Petitioners by filing this Application seek extension of time beyond 02.10.2021 to decide the Appeal, dated 01.07.2019, filed by the Respondent before the Committee of Appeals of the Petitioner University. This Court, while deciding Writ Appeal No.01 of 2021 on 03.07.2021, had directed the Executive Authority to decide the Appeal as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months. Three months was completed on 02.10.2021. On perusing the Application seeking extension of time and after hearing Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners, we are not convinced by the grounds put forth, which are neither substantial nor do they appeal to reason. In view of the above, while allowing four weeks time, it is ordered that the Petitioners shall pay Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only, as costs to the Respondent. The same shall be handed over to the Respondent within four weeks from today. CMC No.06 of 2021 stands disposed of.
