RAJESH SHANKAR

body2021
JUDGMENT : 1. The writ petition is taken up today through Video conferencing. 2. The petitioner appears to be aggrieved with the order dated 21.12.2020 (Annexure-9 to the writ petition) passed by the respondent no. 4 – the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Hazaribagh. 3. Since the aforesaid order has been passed by the respondent no. 4 in exercise of power under Section 144 Cr.P.C., which is revisable in nature, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The same is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take alternative/statutory recourse against the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by the respondent no. 4 as provided under law.
