ORDER : Nani Tagia J. Mr. T. Son, learned counsel for the petitioner in WP(c)453(AP)2017, submits that he is no longer authorized to appear in the case, for which, he prays for striking-off his name as well as the names of his associates, representing the petitioner. 2. In view of the prayer as made above, the names of Mr. T. Son, along with his associates, namely, N. Tate, L. Rupan and T. Torum, learned counsels, be struck-off from the cause list as the counsels representing the petitioner, forthwith. Registry shall do the needful action. 3. Mr. B. Picha, learned counsel for the appellant in WA 17(AP)2018, submits that the appellant is not in a position to take steps for causing service of notice on the newly impleaded respondents. 4. In view thereof, let all these matters be listed after 4 weeks for further consideration and passing of necessary orders.
