JUDGMENT The Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the original Birth Register has been traced to the records maintained by the Court of the Learned Special Judge, Fast Track, Gyalshing, West Sikkim. That, in view of the said circumstance, he does not seek to press this Petition. Crl. M.C. No.03 of 2021 accordingly stands disposed of as not pressed.
