ORDER Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing. 2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mahila P.S. Supaul Case No.55 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 366, 511, 323, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioners tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant. The petitioners also snatched Rs.25,000/-, mobile and a chain made of gold from the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that specific allegation is against co-accused Avadhesh Kumar @ Avadhesh Kumar Mandal and he has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1350 of 2021. It is also submitted that earlier petitioners were on police bail. Thereafter chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners. 5. Considering the fact that co-accused, Avadhesh Kumar @ Avadhesh Kumar Mandal has been granted anticipatory bail, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Supaul, District Supaul in connection with Mahila P.S. Supaul Case No.55 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
