JUDGMENT On the prayer of learned Advocate representing the writ petitioner, the instant writ petition, which is sought to be moved as Public Interest Litigation (PIL), stands dismissed as withdrawn. We, however, make it clear that this order of dismissal of the writ petition shall not affect the rights of any individual who seeks compensation while invoking the relevant provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
