JUDGMENT 1. Vide order dated 23.10.2017 passed by this Court while disposing of the writ petition, the District Collector, Jaipur in whose jurisdiction the village falls, was directed to hold a proper enquiry and ascertain the persons to whom Patta(s) have been issued. 2. The matter with regard to the persons who are holding the Patta(s) was to be closed and the trespasser(s) over the land in question, were to be removed in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors is not in a position to apprise this Court as to whether the enquiry regarding existence of valid Patta(s) in favour of persons occupying the land in question has been completed or not. 4. The District Collector, Jaipur is directed to file compliance report with regard to status of the enquiry conducted to verify the Patta(s) within a period of two weeks, failing which he shall remain present before this Court to show cause as to why he may not be punished for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 5. List the matter on 05.08.2021.
