JUDGMENT Gurvinder Singh Gill, J. - The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No.246 dated 29.11.2019 at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda, under Sections 419/420/465/467/468/471/120-B IPC. 2. The FIR in question was lodged on the basis of secret information received to the effect that Bhupinder Pal Sharma, Inderjit Singh, Gurpreet Singh and Karandeep Singh had formed a gang and who used to take loan from Finance Companies on the basis of forged Aadhar Cards and Voter Cards so as to buy motor-cycles, scooters etc. and used to supply the said vehicles so purchased to Beant Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Ravi Kumar and Rahul Kumar (petitioner), who further sold the same to innocent persons. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has falsely been implicated in the present case and that since several other co-accused have already been granted bail by this Court including Kuldeep Singh and Karandeep Singh, the petitioner in any case deserves the same concession on the grounds of parity. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel upon instructions has informed that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioner has since joined investigation. It has further been informed that the petitioner in any case has been declared innocent vide DDR No.7 dated 21.11.2020. 5. In view of the aforestated position wherein the petitioner has already joined investigation and in any case is stated to have been declared innocent, the petition is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2020 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
