JUDGMENT Mr. Sayshay Hang Subba, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received a further amount of Rs.1,07,114/- interest calculated till date of actual payment. He further submits that in view of the receipt of the said sum he has no further grievance and therefore, seeks to withdraw the present case. The respondent is personally present in court. The respondent is discharged. The Cont. Cas. (C) No. 01 of 2021 stands disposed as withdrawn.
