JUDGMENT Sudip Ahluwalia, J. - This is a petition for regular bail filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner in case FIR No.131 dated 12.07.2019, under Sections 307, 506, 328, 148, 149, 323 & 120-B of the IPC, registered at Police Station Bass, Police District Hansi. 2. The petitioner has remained in detention in the present case for over 4 months since 06.09.2020. 3. In the meantime, Challan against the petitioner has already been submitted, after completion of the investigation. 4. Several other co-accused persons, namely, Rinku (in CRM-M12358-2020 on 19.06.2020), Ramesh (in CRM-M-16787-2020 on 30.06.2020), Anil (in CRM-M-16421-2020 on 21.07.2020), Rekha (in CRM-M-31314-2020 on 12.10.2020), Anuj @ Anoop (in CRM-M-25261- 2020 on 07.09.2020), Rishi @ Balwan (in CRM-M-27948-2020 on 23.09.2020), Meenu (in CRM-M-19276-2020 on 24.08.2020), Shripal (in CRM-M-18273-2020 on 29.07.2020) and Usha (in CRM-M-18266-2020 on 29.07.2020), have already been granted regular bail by various Benches including this very Bench. The co-accused, namely, Sunny has been granted regular bail by this Bench in CRM-M-31321-2020 today itself. 5. Considering the overall circumstances of the case and treating the case of petitioner on the same parity as that of his above-named coaccused persons, the prayer of the petitioner for his release on regular bail is allowed and he is ordered to be released subject to appropriate terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned. 6. Disposed off.
