JUDGMENT 1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2. In Writ Petitions No.253/2021 and 254/2021 which were instituted by Respondent No.2 herein, we have made an order that the Valpoi Municipal Council should implement the demolition order made against the structure put up by the Petitioner herein, which must be implemented within six weeks since the same has attained finality. 3. Now, the Petitioner who was the Respondent in the petition instituted by Respondent No.2 has filed this petition to point out that there is a demolition order issued against the Respondent No.2 herein which has also similarly attained finality. 4. Mr. Padiyar, the learned Counsel for the Valpoi Municipal Council has fairly pointed out that this demolition order has attained finality and even the plea for regularization has been rejected. He, therefore, states that the Valpoi Municipal Council will implement this final demolition order within six weeks from today. 5. The statement is accepted and the Valpoi Municipal Council is directed to act accordingly. 6. This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this order.
