JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - By means of this Writ Petition, petitioner has sought following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to take a decision on the representation dated 1-2-2021 contained in Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition." 2. According to the petitioner, she has made a representation to City Magistrate/Joint Secretary, District Level Development Authority on 01.02.2021, seeking permission to repair the floor of her shop and also for whitewashing the walls of the shop. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer and submits that the Competent Authority be directed to consider petitioner's representation and take decision thereupon at the earliest. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to City Magistrate/Joint Secretary, District Level Development Authority to examine petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision thereupon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order alongwith copy of representation.
