JUDGMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Ms. Agni, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of Goa University has placed before us the minutes of the meeting held on 30th September 2021 in terms of Ordinance OA -17.3 (x). The minutes state that the committee has decided to condone the deficit attendance of the Petitioner herein. 3. Mr. N. Vaze, learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 based on the instructions states that now the result of supplementary examination answered by the Petitioner in December 2020 along with Internal Semester Assessment (ISA) will be declared within a maximum period of one week from today. 4. Mr. C. A. Ferreira, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions, states that the Petitioner will be satisfied with the declaration of the aforesaid result and requests that the petition may be disposed of. 5. Accordingly, by accepting the statement made on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and directing the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to act in accord with the statement, we dispose of this petition.
