JUDGMENT Manish Pitale, J. - The learned counsel appearing for the applicants in these two applications informs that pursuant to the Order dated 16/9/2021 and the liberty granted by this Court, the applicant had applied before the Sessions Court for modification of the condition imposed while granting bail. It is informed that the condition has to be suitably modified and, therefore, the present applications have been rendered infructuous. 2. The learned counsel for the applicant further informs that the amounts of Rs.2.00 lakhs each, deposited before the Magistrate may be permitted to be invested appropriately, so that the interest accrued on the said amounts may inure to the benefit of the party, in whose favour the proceedings may be terminated. 3. The statement appears to be reasonable, to which the learned Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent have no objection. 4. Accordingly, the applications are disposed of. The amounts already deposited before the Magistrate shall be invested in appropriate manner during the pendency of the present proceedings before the Magistrate.
