JUDGMENT Manish Pitale, J. - This is an application filed on behalf of the original respondent for early hearing of the Writ Petition. It is stated that respondent is a senior citizen suffering from chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Hypertension and renal chronic and is undergoing treatment for the same. 2. On this ground it is prayed that the petition may be heard at the earliest since it concerns the question of reinstatement of the respondent and back wages. 3. Considering the reasons put forth in the application, the same is allowed and it is directed that the Writ Petition no. 614/2013 shall be included in the list of final hearing matters high on board in the week commencing from 22.11.2021. 4. Application stands disposed of.
