JUDGMENT Manish Pitale, J. - By this application, the applicant seeks to bring on record certain subsequent developments, particularly the claim that part of the tenanted premises had collapsed. 2. The respondent opposed the present application on the ground that the subsequent event has nothing to do with the issue that arises for consideration in the Writ Petition. 3. This Court is of the opinion that even if the contention raised on behalf of the respondents is accepted, the amendment would result in bringing on record the subsequent event which may or may not have a direct bearing on the issue that arises in the Writ Petition. 4. In the result, the application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. 5. List the Writ Petition for final disposal on 23/11/2021.
