JUDGMENT Manish Pitale, J. - As per the earlier orders passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.568/2021/F, the petitioner in the said petition has deposited an amount of Rs.7,81,000/-. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 in the said petition submit that genuine efforts are being made to finally settle the dispute between the parties. It is submitted that in the meanwhile, the respondent nos.1 and 2 in Criminal Writ Petition No.568/2021/F, can be permitted to withdraw part of the amount deposited by the petitioner in this Court. 2. Hence, the respondent nos.1 and 2 in Criminal Writ Petition No.568/2021/F, are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- from the aforesaid amount deposited by the petitioner in this Court. The respondent nos.1 and 2 shall be entitled to Rs.2,50,000/- each from the said amount permitted to be withdrawn. 3. The parties shall place on record terms of settlement, if any, by the next date of listing. 4. The Registry shall ensure that the aforesaid amount is disbursed to the respondent nos.1 and 2 within a period of two weeks from today, without any formal application on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2. 5. List these petitions for further consideration on 26.11.2021.
