JUDGMENT Manish Pitale, J. - When the Appeal is called out for hearing, affidavit in reply is handed over on behalf of the Respondent, which is taken on record. 2. Since a copy of the reply is handed over to the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Appellants in the Court today, a short adjournment is sought on behalf of the Appellants. 3. Mr. Sardessai, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Respondent, makes a grievance that even when there is no interim order passed by this Court, the Appellants are not granting access to Ore Accounting System portal and they are not processing the permits. 4. This is denied by the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Appellants, on instructions. 5. Needless to say, there is no interim order passed in the present Appeal. 6. List the appeal for final disposal on 06.12.2021.
