JUDGMENT Manish Pitale, J. - It appears that the present Appeal is listed in order to verify compliance with the directions of this Court imposing costs of Rs.10,000/- on the Appellant while disposing of the Appeal. 2. By order dated 17.02.2021, this Court had directed the Registry to inform the Superintendent of the concerned jail to bring to the notice of the Appellant the order requiring him to pay costs. 3. Mr. Sagar Dhargalkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has handed over copies of communications received from the office of the Superintendent of the concerned jail stating that the costs of Rs.10,000/- have been recovered from the Appellant and a Demand Draft dated 17.03.2021 in the name of the Registrar of this Court was also forwarded. 4. The copies of the communications along with the copy of the Demand Draft are taken on record and marked 'X'. 5. It is recorded that the order passed by this Court is complied with and that no further order is necessary in the matter. 6. As directed in the judgment and order dated 05.11.2020, the amount of costs received in this Court shall be handed over to the minor victims.
