JUDGMENT 1. Heard Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Faldessai waives notice on behalf of respondents No.1,2 and 3. Mr. S. Naik waives notice on behalf of respondent No.4 and Mr. Kerkar waives notice on behalf of respondent No.5. 3. All respondents seek time to take instructions. 4. By virtue of an Order passed by this Court, dated 29th April 2021, the petitioner is protected for a period of two weeks, i.e. till 2nd November 2021. Since the learned Vacation Judge will be sitting on 3rd November 2021, the said interim protection granted to the petitioner to continue till 3rd November 2021. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the learned Vacation Judge.
