JUDGMENT Manish Pitale, J. - The learned Counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that the respondent (original defendant) has been served. Office note shows that service is complete. 2. Yet there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is urgency in the matter for the reason that proceedings are now listed before the Court below today and if interim stay is not granted, it may prejudice the present petition filed before this Court. 3. In view of the fact that the respondent has been served and he has chosen not to appear before this Court despite service, the present petition is directed to be listed for further consideration on 29.11.2021. 4. In the meanwhile, there shall be interim stay of the proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No.4/2005/A pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division at Bicholim Goa. 5. Authenticated copy of this order be expedited.
