JUDGMENT 1. On 22nd October, 2021 this Court in Criminal Application No.1116 of 2019 has passed the following order : "The matter pertains to the assignment of the bench headed by Justice Nitin Jamdar. Since the bench is not available for judicial work in the afternoon session, the Applicant has moved this Court with a request to continue the ad-interim order passed by the Court. In view thereof, ad-interim order dated 7th April, 2021 shall continue upto 28th October, 2021 to enable the Advocate for the Applicant to move the regular Court." 2. The learned Advocate representing the Applicant in APL 1116 of 2021 states that since the regular Court did not allow physical mentioning, they have immediately moved a praecipe for placing the above matters on board. However, the Associate informed the Applicant that the matter will be placed on 13th December, 2021. The learned Advocate for the Applicant further states that the Sessions Court is insisting on proceeding with the matter on 8th November, 2021 in the absence of an extension of the ad-interim order dated 7th April, 2021. 3. In view thereof, the ad-interim order dated 22nd October, 2021 passed in APL 1116 of 2021 shall continue to operate upto 18th November, 2021. 4. Place the matters before the regular Court on 15th November, 2021.
