JUDGMENT 1. Though the Respondent Nos.5 to 7 were required to pay the 3rd installment of Rs.50 Lakhs to the Petitioner on or before 30th October, 2021, they have till date made payment of Rs.25 lakhs only. Respondent Nos.5 to 7 have therefore, breached the undertaking given to the Court and recorded in its Order dated 25th August, 2021. However, since Respondent Nos.5 to 7 through Advocate Akanksha Agarwal and their inhouse Advocate Ms. Jinam Shah undertake to pay the balance amount of Rs.25 Lakhs by 9th November, 2021, whilst reserving the right of the Petitioner to file a Contempt Petition, we accept the undertaking given by the Respondent Nos.5 to 7 and extend time to make balance payment of Rs.25 Lakhs upto 2.00 p.m. on 9th November, 2021. 2. Stand over to 9th November, 2021 at 2.30 p.m. in Chamber No.45. 3. In the event of the Respondent Nos.5 to 7 failing to make payment as undertaken, they shall remain present before this Court on that day.
